Amalga Distillery Posted April 22, 2019 Share Posted April 22, 2019 This is an excellent Mash Cooker for someone looking to make bourbon and dabble in a bit of off the grain fermentations as it comes with a false bottom. We make single malt, and so while this mash tun was wonderful, we purchased an MLT to better fit our needs. This poor guy should really be making some bourbon somewhere, anyhow. I've attached the technical drawing. We are asking $11K and you cover shipping - which is from Alaska. But because it catches a barge down to Seattle, it isn't that bad.
