It is capable of processing 80,000 gallons of "beer"/"mash" (at 9% alcohol) to 96.2% or 192 proof. It is tailored to beverage/pharma grade alcohol. All stainless steel (bubble cap trays design). Located in upstate NY. Will need to be rigged. Original cost $1.8 million. All engineering drawings are in place.
