Silk City Distillers
Looking for a semi-automatic, pneumatic, t-corker. CCR or similar. My hand is killing me.
Sudzie
My hand was too. Not any more. Check out NoLimits Packaging I love our setup. We ran for 2 hours at over 610 bottles per hour 2 people. It can do 720BPH but we would need a third person the way we have things setup.
daveflintstone
That works well. What do you have for a labeler?
Sudzie
No labels. We’re all ink on glass with Loggerhead.
RBDistiller
The corker on the no limits line looks exactly like the CCR corker that we purchased. The CCR corker was a great addition to our bottling line, we were using mallets or our hands for a long time.
portoman
What we did is we made a hard plastic attachment for a pneumatic beer crown capper and turned down the air pressure to 20 psi so it wouldn't crack the t-cork tops, its still fairly manual because you have to move the bottles and put the t-corks on the bottle but it saves our hands and it can keep up with our 6 bottle filler. We can bottle roughly 600 bottles an hour with 3 people. The nice thing is the setup only ran us about $700.
