Does anyone know how much enzymes is used in a typical fermentation phase and where I can purchase some as well as an approximate cost? andyman30 Posted August 5, 2019 Share Posted August 5, 2019 You don't need much. I use 100ml for 2000# of grain. The best part about enzymes is once they convert a "unit" of starch, they just drop it and move to the next "unit".
