Distillery For Sale, Reno, NV

Recommended Posts

My blood pressure can’t take anymore so it’s time to get out of the business. Lowering price as partner would like to exit faster as well.

Serious inquires send email to (jsipaila@gmail.com) - I haven't been seeing reply notifications for some reason when messaged on ADI or replies to this posting... looking into it.

Full distillery for sale…

$150,000 Take all/most - or make offer

Not selling individual pieces, need to sell all at once.

Pretty much turnkey to get you going right away or spin up a small expansion. Lease is month to month right now so could move or execute a 3 year option to stay.

What business factor(s) caused you to decide that the blood pressure was too high?

Glenylon - Mainly that I still have my day job and four kids to raise... stretched too thin

Thank you for your insight. It's interesting to know what drives people to get into and then out of this, rather eclectic business.

If you are in Reno, and you decide to start selling things individually, let me know, i'd probably buy a few things, and come pick it up so you don't have to ship it.

Similar situation - I don't think we're going to renew our license in November as we haven't been active for a few years.     If anyone is looking in Texas,  hmu.    Lease arrangement instead of full sale.
