It is approximately 14,200sf on 2 levels plus a mezzanine that overlooks the historic lake. The area is beginning to finally turn around with all kinds of developments in the works. We feel that the area would do well with a distillery or related business. It is half a block away from the Metro Station. We are looking for a long term tenant.
