I'm not sure how many bushels a hour it can do. That will depend largely on what you are milling and how fine you want it. We mill wheat, rye, barley and corn with it. Rye being the fastest and corn the slowest. I would guess that we could mill 1000Kg of corn to a cracked consistency in about an hour.
