Hello All. I'm in the final planning stages of a micro-distillery to operate in the highlands of the enchanted islands. The goal is to deliver our first cases by the second quarter of 2021. I've been lurking on this site for years, so first off I want to thank you all for sharing your knowledge. I'm open to any suggestions, especially as they relate to achieving the purest, smoothest vodka and the "closest thing to perfect" 100% corn whiskey. We have to be pretty self-sufficient out here in the middle of the ocean, so I'm particularly interested in equipment that doesn't require specialized parts or technicians that could take months to get here.
