I would like some pictures and stats on the machine. We currently do 1,300 LBS/Hour and want something much faster. 4-5Klbs corn / Hour range or higher depending on price. Our hammer mill will do that kind of capacity without a problem. I have a boatload of screens for it as well. Only reason for us switching is that we mash some recipes without enzymes and I worry a bit about heat when we mill our malt.
