Viking
One area we have added to our weeklong workshop is merchandising of the tasting room. For a new distillery, this is paramount. You need to look as good as your new website (that you spent a lot of time on) to fulfill the expectations of the followers you have worked hard to get on line. As in any retail establishment, you have about 7 seconds to make that first impression when a customer walks in the door. BUT does your distillery front say something about you before they get to the door? And what does your merchandising displays say about your product? Is your signage appropriate? Do you have enough signage period? For a new distillery this customer experience is more than what is inside the bottle. We still have space in our June, September and November week long workshops.
