navenjohnson Posted October 28, 2013 Share Posted October 28, 2013 I am seeking an unpaid 2-3 month apprenticeship to help bring my book knowledge and small scale distilling experience to a point I can confidently manage a larger commercially viable operation. My intention is to start a craft distillery in the next couple years. I can offer my hard work, attention to detail, and up to 3 months of free labor in exchange for the knowledge.
