papa
Fairly new to "shining" and read some info that suggests that you use airtight mash containers, withvapor locks to ferment the mash. Says that as the yeast uses up the oxygen, the yeast produces more alcolol and carbon dioxide,(which is vented thru the airlock), any suggestions? Silk City Distillers
I'd start with Zainasheff and White's Yeast: The Practical Guide to Beer Fermentation, followed by Fermented Beverage Production by Andrew Lea.
