captnKB Posted November 9, 2015 Share Posted November 9, 2015 Yes and no. The law was signed into effect but the legislation does not go into place until the new year. Once the legislation is in place it will create a new permit to allow for direct to consumer bottle sales. You must then apply for said permit before you can sell bottles.
