Lassiter Distilling Co Posted June 2, 2016 Share Posted June 2, 2016 We just received our COLA for our rum, but the approval categorizes our white rum as "US Rum (Gold). We don't use any coloring or aging for our white rum, and don't have anything on our label or in the application to identify it as gold rum. I'be asked AFLD if this might be possible to change, but haven't yet heard back. Anyone run into into a similar situation or have any thoughts while we wait for a response?
