Lassiter Distilling Co Posted September 7, 2016 Share Posted September 7, 2016 Hey folks. Got a call that the NC ABC will be doing an inspection sometime "when we least expect it." Anyone been through this and if so, what should we watch out for? We just got our permit August 26, so there shouldn't be any big differences from when we went thru building inspection (and most of our batches have been destroyed, since we are still in product development).
