The elements are in the jacket.  Oil or water can be used as the heat transfer fluid.  No circulation pump is needed.  They are turn key, produce award winning spirits and  are in over 140 distilleries in the USA.

Very cool.  What are the size ranges you can do in these?  Looks like quite a range judging from the last few groups of pictures you've posted recently with those little square boxes around the bottom.

Below are pics of some of the equipment that we finished up this week so far.

Below is a t.5" tube in tube crash cooler for mash.

Below is a 20 gallon jacketed R & D combination mash tun still.  This customer purchased a 200 gallon Ultra pro whiskey still.  He will be using this little still for recipe development.  You can cook the mash, then ferment and then distill all in this same vessel.   Grain in mashes and or Grappa are no problem for this little baine marie mash tun still.

Below is a little 45 gallon baine marie vodk/gin still.

The 2 pics below are of a 100 gallon direct fired electric still.  This customer purchased it without the heating system for $4,011.00

The picture below is of an electric Baine Marie 105 gallon Standard Series combination Mash Tun  Still that we just completed for a well known chef and TV personality.  This is the 2nd still that he has purchased from us.

The still below is a Baine Marie 20 gallon R and D combination mash tun/still/fermenter.  It will produce exactly like our Ultra Pro Whiskey still at a very affordable price.  This one has a receiving tank for heads, hearts and tails.  We can build R&D stills to produce just like your big still, no matter who built it.

What do you sell the tube in shell mash cooler for and do you have any specs on cooling time, etc?

Paul, is there a page on those sites that describes the various models of TIS mash coolers?

We just finished the pretty little 105 gallon standard series still below.  These little stills are turn key.  They come complete with the heating system, agitator, 4 plate copper bubble plate column.  The still in the picture will produce everything except for vodka from scratch and gin.  We have models that will produce Gin and Vodka as well as everything else.  We give discounts to active duty military and veterans as well as anyone who is or who has been a police officer or fireman.  We have unbelievable pricing on these stills and we have financing available.  https://distillery-equipment.com/105_gallon_still.htm
