My family has been in the business of making and delivering booze for over 100 years. Back in 2006 I wrote the book on craft distilling – at least I wrote the business plan that a lot of people used as a reference. I know, I know you’ve never heard of me. Well Bill suggested that I write up my story and post it here. I’m looking for a new opportunity and challenge and distilling is my passion.
