Ari
I have spent an enormous amount of time researching and reading about distillation and techniques. By all means do it, but nothing beats the "hands-on", one on one, personal training I just had with Jim Blansit, from the Copper Run Distillery. Amazing setting, extremely knowledgeable, very practical, excellent products and a skillfully managed distillation process. Thank you for this invaluable experience! JohninWV
I agree with your hands on experience. I was fortunate to spend some time with the Dry Fly guys and it was a tremendous experience.
Guest sailorman9
I have done a lot of research about distilling, but the afternoon I spent with Guy and Doug at Great Lakes Distillery changed my perceptions about what can be done with different spirits. Their production methods were eye opening and they have given me the confidence that I can succeed in this industry.
