What do you look for in a distributor?

Ok first off all thanks for the replies to my earlier thread...next question, what do you folks look for in a distributor?

Established Portfolio?

Startup Portfolio?

Multi-State agreements?

Lots of sales reps?

Marketing  / Trade Marketing divisions?

Account Connections?

Admin / Compliance?

As noted earlier I am helping  friend get a distributor set up and I know what I would look for but thats my lens...whats yours?
