Park Distillery is an award winning craft distillery and restaurant located in Banff, Canada primarily producing whisky, vodka and gin. Founded by a group of friends who are passionate about food, drinks and the mountains we proudly produce using the highest quality inputs.  We are seeking candidates who would like to grow with us as we expand our production and distribution. 

 Job description:

 Reporting directly to the master distiller this position is for someone interested in expanding their knowledge of craft distillation in a production setting. 

 Requirements:

- experience distilling and operating distilling equipment required
- several years experience in distillery processing industry
- Completion of high school diploma
- flexible hours (shift work)
- proficiency with Excel and G Suite Apps
- valid drivers license  

Roles and Responsibilities:

- following distillation procedures
- handling bulk alcohol
- keeping records of spirits produced
- following filtering procedures  
- packaging spirits
- warehouse management
- heavy lifting 50+lbs   
- 44 hours per week - shift work; including days, evenings, and weekends
