Hi - below is a the summary of our job posting for a master distiller. It's an opportunity to start on the ground floor with a new business with ability to also have an ownership stake. Definitely looking for someone who shares the vision and is keen to be an active partner in both product development and building a great business. Our production facility is located just outside of Vancouver BC, in the city of Delta, home to the growing communities of Tsawwassen and Ladner.

We are a well funded new craft distillery with ambitious plans to create premium spirits with an initial focus on Vodka and Gin. Our vision is about growing a quality “farm-to-bottle” brand and eventually creating a physical retail lounge and production environment that enhances the brand and becomes a destination experience for the public.

We are looking for an entrepreneurially minded individual to work with us at our company owned facility in Delta, BC to help bring this vision to reality.

We believe this is an opportunity for the right candidate to both expand their career and assume a leadership role on the product development and manufacturing side of this rapidly growing industry. The compensation plan will include participation in the ownership of the company.
