  1. I created my own template which Ive used for 10 years now . Its on word and I can send it to you so you can modify it , just remove my barcodes, scc and replace with your own and relative information is there for ttb compliance. I purchase from staples Labels 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 - 2 to a sheet and print on those . It works for me. vbraxton@blackmommavodka.com Vanessa
  2. @captnKB I will be emailing you soon, I'm planning to move my distillery 6 miles from my existing location. I'm purchasing a larger location but I want to use my existing location for storage.
  3. Also , if you were registered , make sure you go into eDRLs and de register your company cause they will try to charge you after the 31st of December. Here's the portal just in case. https://direct.fda.gov/apex/f?p=100:LOGIN_DESKTOP:104623642556001
  4. Your best bet is to find another co-packer, if he didn't submit formulas and labels yet. Formulas is taking about 5 to 7 days for approval and labels about the same . Ive been submitting all last month and getting it them really fast. Also, wholesalers Federal Base permit can't do a TIB, thats for DSP holders only. Yeah, you can buy wholesale of a finish product but not if its a 192 proof Tote that needs to be proofed down or blended, DSP has distlling , warehousing, processing, blending and rectifying privileges with the insurance, bonding and equipment to back it up. Hope that helps.
  5. I had an issue and I had to disable my Norton utilities and change something in my browser. Check that maybe
