  1. Santa Fe Spirits is in search of a sales person looking to contribute and grow with the company over the long term. The successful applicant will join an exciting and positive team, with a great working environment. The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-motivated, mature and a well-rounded sales professional with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You will work with a diverse and committed team and have excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong focus on sales and marketing in the craft beverage industry. This position requires the ability to establish and foster client relationships, prioritize workloads, provide timely responses and close sales. Competitive compensation package comprised of a base salary and commissions. Responsibilities: Establish, foster and build client relationships Field incoming requests for sales as well as proactively search out new sales opportunities.   2. Santa Fe Spirits is looking for a distiller to join our team. The right candidate will have at least one year experience working in a distillery and have experience in whiskey distillation, barrel maintenance and blending. Our focus right now is on whiskey production, specifically our Colkegan Single Malt, and increasing efficiency. Other products in our portfolio are Wheeler's Gin, Santa Fe Apple Brandy, Silver Coyote Un-aged Whiskey as well as a whiskey liqueur and smoked gin liqueur. We aren't looking to expand our product line at this time, so if your primary goal is to create your own spirits, this isn't the job for you. This is a full time position, benefits include 50% health insurance co-pay and paid time off. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of the Santa Fe Spirits team and help grow our company. Duties: Assist distiller in day to day operation of distillery (i.e., still operation, mashing, fermentation monitoring, blend creation, barrel management, and equipment cleaning and general maintenance of facility.) Assistant Distiller will help in all production operations under the supervision of the Head Distiller. Santa Fe Spirits is looking for an Apprentice Distiller: This is an entry level position with potential for a long term career as a distiller and is a paid apprenticeship; we are willing to train the right person. Duties include assisting the distiller in day to day operation of the distillery (i.e. still operation, mashing, general maintenance of facility equipment), and helping with all the production operations such as bottling, inventory and warehouse operations. The right candidate is dependable, detail oriented, hardworking, comfortable working in potentially hazardous conditions and also possesses strong multi-tasking and time management skills. Applicant must be able to lift 50 pounds, follow recipes, create and keep spreadsheets, follow OSHA guidelines and work autonomously. Forklift experience, mechanical aptitude and experience in brewing (extensive home brewing counts), fermentation, yeast propagation, fractional distillation, and/or chemical analysis are a plus.   8. We're up-sizing and need to find room for new equipment, so we're selling our old mash tun. We paid $25,00 for it three years ago, we're asking for $18,000.00 but we'll entertain any reasonable offers. Item is located in Santa Fe, NM, buyer will have to arrange and pay for shipping.
