  1. With the quick drop in your pH like that, you might have some bacteria that is taking over so the yeast can't continue the fermentation.
  2. Did you have any luck with this?
  3. Here are a few photos of the 12" continuous column still in production. Pricing ranges from $110-$130K with a doubler. The thumper shown here is full copper and can be purchased independently of a column.
  4. There are bottles out there that can be around $1. Of course, quantity helps drive down the price. Many companies have a large selection of stock bottles to choose from. Other ways to drive down cost are looking at height of bottle and weight. The shorter height allows for more cases per pallet and a lighter weight bottle helps lower shipping costs.
  5. Please let me know if you're looking for vendors for barrels, charcoal and stills. I've got that and more covered to help out folks just like you.
  6. Where are you in TN? Congrats on the new venture. Looking forward to hearing what you're going to be doing.
  7. We aren't able to get any right now because the big guys found out and bought up everything they had and more. We do have an alternative product that does what the hop extract does. Let me know if you need some.
