  1. is this still available as a complete system? We are upgrading to a new facility in December of this year. In preparation, we are purchasing equipment in the next few months to move in when ready. Please let me know if you have—a deadline for sale. Thanks, Charlos

  3. When using Molasses, what is the best way to check and correct pH during a Rum ferment? What is the group's preferred method?
  4. Do you mean 25.5% = 51 proof or am I reading this correctly at 25.5 proof = 12.75%. Asking to understand true yield.
