Give it a try one call to ray will shock you , no chinese remanufactured stuff in there place . Tim
  4. Not sure of your area but here there is a semi nonprofit organization that is in charge of recycling bottles and cans and they are happy to get them for flattened cans , may be a plan in your area I dunno. Tim

  8. Hello any idea how many bushels a hour it can handle Tim
  9. Not sure Wayne how big you would need , our boiler is half a million btu/hr . There are lots of people on this forum that are steam experts hope they will offer some input . It always boils down to budget . We have seen to many distilleries in our province that bought to small of electric equipment and can't produce enough to pay the bills so they just switch to using gns and calling it craft ......huge mistake . Out of all the distilleries in Saskatchewan there are only 3 of us that don't buy gns . Tim
  10. The money you save using dairy tanks can go towards a low preasure steam boiler , the sooner you have live steam the better . With live steam and steam injection dairy equipment is a dream . Tim
  11. Hello way over there good luck with your adventure , I love dairy equipment , the older stuff is built very heavy . If you can get them snap them up it 'll save you alot of money on your start up . Tim
  12. That's some tesla kinda smarts right there , I would love to know how this works
  13. I do like the idea of a wood fired still as burning wood is carbon neutral . The jackass that runs this country has put a carbon tax on everything we buy so costs are very high for us in canada . I believe in making as small of an environmental foot print as possible but I'm sorry I don't believe in the carbon tax or global warming, I think it's marketing bullshit like 7 times distilled vodka . Our distillery is run by a dzl fired boiler , were sitting on 500 acres of land that grows crops and trees, I think we absorb more carbon than we create. Tim
  14. Curious to see how many solar panels it takes to run a still . We looked into it and found it not to be cost efficient. Maybe we missed something. Tim
  15. Sorry don't have a pic of it , but one of our retailers built a nice display out of a wooden barrel in his store for us . It was cut open like a mini fridge with our product inside and more bottles and pics on the top. Looked pretty cool
  16. That Vfold is sold in canada so I would think it would be available in the states
  17. Paul can you explain the science behind these holes ,
  18. Hello I was wondering if anyone has reference to the laws that govern the use of NGS/fuel alcohol in craft distilleries in British Columbia. Thanks
  19. Thanks blue star we 'll look into them . Kim
