  1. I know its been sometime since your post but their is a new micro-distiller focus distribution company opening in Northern California called California Street Distribution. The owners name is Adam Spiegel and he is a good friend of mine. He can be reached at CaliforniaStreetDist@gmail.com, while I assume his website is under construction. Offers fair margins and far less pushy on monthly commitments. Good luck
  2. Thank you for reviewing my post. I'm trying to find a way to separate solids from my mash before adding to a direct fire beer still to minimize the burn on the bottom of the still. If I had a washing machine type apparatus I could spin the wash and thereby remove the solids from the wash. Do you have any ideas on how to best do this and/ or current equipment out there to handle this sort of need?
  3. I recently sent in my label in for an informal approval. We are producing a Unaged Rye Spirit who is supposed to be listed as a "Spirit Distilled From Grain" for it's SOC. The TTB agent who is reviewing my file is requiring me to make the SOC larger in size and appearance than the Brand or Fanciful name. Have you ever run into this problem and if so, how do we address it? This is not how other labels do it, check our Wasmund's Rye Spirit for an example.
