We’re looking for a smart, energetic self-starter who can work well with others and have fun while producing world-class spirits. The distillate production process, from grain selection all the way to the barrel Grain – Receive grain trucks of corn, rye, and barley; ensuring proper quality before acceptance Mashing – operate the cooker to produce a consistent, quality mash Distilling – operate column still with one doubler Blending – precise calculation, measurement, and process control in spirit blending Proofing – accurate calculation, measure, and process control for bottling and barreling Record keeping – maintain production logs of every process operation Cleaning and sanitizing – all equipment and production workspaces Maintenance of production equipment in con Manage raw ingredients inventories, schedule deliveries, and forecast production needs Comfortable with professional interaction with guests Able to work in all weather conditions Able to lift 50 pounds Able to drive a fork-lift This is a full-time position, with a compensation package that includes salary plus bonus with benefits.
