    Asking $3900 FOB: 84062 This is 500 gallon jacketed mixing/blending processing tank with unsealed top and 2 lids. It includes a 4KW/5.4HP 3-Phase (non-explosion proof) agitator with 50:1 transmission/gear box. All the fittings are weldable pipe ends with neither NPT nor Tri-clamp ends which enables you to add them as you see fit. This tank has never been in production, but has been stored for some time and received a few bumps and dings. It has 1 of the 4 feet so 3 will need to be replaced.

    I have used quite a lot of their yeast, and the esters are prominent and good. The yeast is somewhat finicky. I really like the American Rum yeast. The owner is very passionate and cool. I suspect since they are small that service is tough etc. I have been trying to get technical info on their stuff to best care for the little yeasties, but I still think they have a legit product.

    So with a pot still, thumper set up, is there any way to fix a batch where bad cuts were made? We've allowed too much heads and/or tails to get into our hearts cut and want to see if there is a good way to recover the quality stuff that's still in there. The only thing I can think of would be to re-run the hearts with a few upcoming virgin batches, but I'm afraid some of the good flavor would be lost making the overall new hearts too pure (ethanol). Would that happen? If so, is there any way to fix this?
