  1. Hello B.B. Welcome! Where are you located and at what stage are your plans now? I'll be setting things up in September in Chicago. I"m interested in forming a distillers association for the upper midwest area. Drop me a line at james@newtempledistillery.com Hope to hear from you! Cheers, James
  2. I forgot to add that New Temple Distillery is also on facebook...facebook.com/newtempledistilleryco
  3. Hello again! I started out to start a distillery in North Dakota as Bison Run Spirits, but after a lot of road blocks, I am now starting in Chicago as New Temple Distillery Co. I'm opening the distillery in loose conjunction with a new micro brewery, New Chicago Beer Co. I'll be setting everything up during September. I'm very excited by the whole prospect! I'll be producing rye whiskey, gin and a few rums. I hope to be on here more now and hope to interact with all of you here much more! I do have a website, but it;s just a front page so far. And just before I'm swamped with comments, the logo up there is strictly provisional. I'm having a new one designed as I write this! Cheers, James Wallin james@newtempledistillery.com

  6. Hello everyone! I'm in the first stages of setting up a distillery/brewery in North Dakota. I'm looking for equipment to buy. But mostly just a lot of moral support! The amount of detail involved is incredible! I'm starting it all pretty much on my own. I'll have help when the operations get started from my buddy who will join me then. I'm aiming to produce whiskey and vodka from organic rye. Also a few good beers made from as much organic materials as possible. the website is up and being developed as I go. www.bisonrunspirits.com Wish me luck! James
