  1. Ok but isnt description of brandy include distilled from wine? Isnt wine made with sugar added? Sorry if dumb question but I'm new to this and I understand it can be done both as fruit only with no sugar or a wine..
  2. Or is it cuz making wine with sugar then running for brandy?
  3. Ok so what is the standard? Is it the low and slow or ratio quantities that's the issue?
  4. Ok if mashing fruits for brandy is it 10# fruit, 8-10# sugar and 1 pack yeast per 10# ferment to wine then run low n slow?
