I agree with Beaver and Mash. The 6 day course gives a broad range of information. Networking with fellow beginners and vendors was a great takeaway.
Havent done any of the more specified courses YET.

NO. We were lucky enough to snag two from TAH a while back. Just took delivery from Vendome in January.
there’s something to be said about “old” copper. We’re extremely fortunate and happy to have had the opportunity to make old new again. -

That's certainly what I would do if I were in your shoes. Also, avoid cheap knock down boilers of any kind. They come unassembled and cost a lot to have someone put them together.
