How about purchasing 190/195 proof food grade ethanol and filtering it down to a sellable product? My understanding is that this is done quite regularly, I just can't find enough info on it.

Hello out there, Just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Weston. I've got 26 years experience in the restaurant industry including owning 3 of my own (2 successful, one not so much....). I'm brand new to the thoughts of distilling liquor, but I'm thinking that my next move may be to start a vodka company. So many questions!!!
