Just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Weston. I've got 26 years experience in the restaurant industry including owning 3 of my own (2 successful, one not so much....).
I'm brand new to the thoughts of distilling liquor, but I'm thinking that my next move may be to start a vodka company. So many questions!!! I'll lurk through the forum for a while before I start asking though.
