    Hello. I'm one of the founders and distillers at Patent 5. We've been in commercial operation for a little over 2 years. We have a wheat-based vodka, multiple gins in our lineup. We have also done various different whiskey mash bills involving wheat, rye, corn and barley which are all currently resting in barrels.
