I stumbled on your post about TCW's new Haze filter and was wondering if you could provide some insight. We produce liqueurs from natural fresh fruit that are around 50-70 proof. We filter at about 10-20 micron to get the fruit particles out, but we are left with clouds/flakes forming in the bottle after a couple days.
Have you had a positive experience with the haze filter removing this? I see a lot of people talk about the chill haze, but this is more like clumps that form. I am not sure if it's the same thing. I have attached some pictures that show the clouds/flakes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
