I'm looking at canning some cocktails and just wanted to reach out and see if anyone had any suggestions. I've never carbonated anything before, how much carbonation should I use? Has anyone used Velcorin before? I'm in the Pacific Northwest, has anyone used a mobile canning company that they would recommend? Anything would be helpful. Thanks!
