    Hello all, I am looking for information on acquiring and running a 10-15 gallon still. I have made beer for several years and understand fermentation pretty well. My desire is to create the cleanliest product possible and use adjuncts to flavor. Any information, suggestions, or advise is welcome. Cheers,
