I am selling or leasing an amazing building in downtown Baltimore that would be perfect for a distillery. The city would not only support but assist in obtaining all the needed permits to not only operate but sell out of the building. The current configuration (ceiling heights, minimal columns along with incredible temperature control due to the construction of the building) could make getting in and operational not as bad as starting from scratch. Further, there is density to build up or simply pop the top if it was needed.
Any chance you can help me get this sight in front of the distillers and brands you work with, represent, or are connected with?
