  1. Alex, welcome. If your looking to ship to the states specifically MA, CT and RI. We can help your craft distillery with distributing. chris@berkshirebrewingcompany.com Congrats!
  2. The event was fun. Great to meet you finally Curtiss! Make sure you come out to visit the brewery soon. Dark Corner and Goodtime were my two favorite moonshines. The Outlaw seemed to have a Rye like bacteria aroma but worked well in the product...just real different from what I have tasted. Well made products all around. The Glen Thunder Corn Whiskey was great as was the wasmunds white dog...........and I wish I had the partial bottles to take home.........Kudos Curtiss for the first event.
  3. Gentlemen, anyone looking for distribution in Ma, Ct and Ri? Send info to chris@berkshirebrewingcompany.com . We are a craft Brewer and wholesaler of Spirits and Wine as well as our Beer. We are 18 yrs old and have self distributed since we opened in 94. Let's talk.
  4. The Mass Shine event was small but sucessful. Many who attended did not know that moonshine and or white whiskey was available. Now they know what rye, corn, barley tastes like without sitting in a barrel for years. This is a new revolution in the Distilling world and I would recommend embracing it. Any company looking for a strong small wholesaler/brewer/manufacturer for representation please send me an email at: chris@berkshirebrewingcompany.com We work hard. We self distribute Ma, Ct, and Ri.
  5. Those bastards are gonna get a close to boiling next time..... Nope was not at that show......I make rare public appearances........lol. Bob... Send me an email.... My name @ Berkshire B
  6. We use bottled oxygen at Berkshire Brewing, an air compressor gives you air but the bottled oxygen is.... Well...... Oxygen. The yeasties want oxygen. Some small brew pubs use oil less compressors but the fermentations lag.... Too slow a ferment makes funny tasting beer....and I would imagine funny white dog.....
  7. Curtis....... Next year..... Working on the project now! Thx!
  8. And I will be joining this side of the industry as well..... Manufacturing white whiskey.
  9. I can help you. My name is Christopher Lalli... I am co-owner of Berkshire Brewing Company and we wholesale liquor and wine thru out the states of mass, ct...and RI... As well as our 16 beers. Fully licensed distributor/manufacturer. Chris@berkshirebrewingcompany.com We don't play the big distributor games, we've been doing this for over 18 years.
  10. And no, never made a eye beer.

    Rye

Got a bag of flaked rye...... Mashed it with some malt and 2 hrs later got a 5 Plato ....... Brought temp back up to 152 and added some amylase... Gravity went up to 14 2 hours later... So I decide to let it sit over night .. 152. Down to 120 overnight and it rang in at 17.5 but it stinks bad.... So I toss the yeast anyways and it fermenting and it stinks if you lift the lid but the garage smells sweet..... Never made a sour mash or even smelled one but man...... I think I hit the sour jackpot......so now what? I've benn a professional brewer for 18 years an never smelled a mash like this.... Does rye normally stink?....lol
