Hello, My name is Jim Brozek (Bohunk). I live in Norfolk, Nebraska, and am starting a craft distillery in West Point, NE. We have received our federal basic permit, and are now waiting for our state permit. We plan to start producing a craft vodka, and our own bourbon style whiskey, of course the whiskey takes some time to get on the market, hence vodka will be our main focus during the start up period.
