  1. Temperature of liquid at bottling, amount of head space variance, improper initial fit, improper storage, ............there are many things that could go wrong. I was happy to see the remark above about the bottle variances. My company has sold corks, bartops, or capsules for twelve years now. And truly about 90% of our closure or capsule related problems come from glass inconsistency. The rest are random and sometimes a rare bottling error. We offer the service of taking a look at your new favorite bottle to see what works. The only thing I can say is don't push the range for fit on anything. Stay in the middle. Bottles can stray from the drawing more readily than a cork, bartop or capsule/ sleeve can. A pair of digital calipers can be very useful.
  2. Hello- We are selling barrels in a 53 gallon size which are shipped from the west coast. Truckload prices available. email joe@enotools.com
  3. Hello- I had a ball in San Diego! Mr. Bill Owens was kind enough to take a few moments and remind me to participate in the forums. I look forward to sharing what I know about anything we might have to offer or what may be available elsewhere to help you folks solve problems. Enjoy the day!!!!
  4. Bradocaster- Not without significant expense and time. The heat- scavanging exhaust system (ultra efficient) makes access to the orifices damned near impossible without factory level expertise and tools. I wish it were that easy.
  5. Howdy- Please tell a friend..... 380,000 BTU. 5 Gallon per minute at 180 degrees. It uses its exhaust to pre- heat the incoming water and is the best unit on the market. I have on hand a new in the box Noritz NM132 Natural Gas, On-Demand water heater that was ordered wrong and the dealer wants to charge 25% to restock and two- way freight. I appreciate any help getting it sold. I will take a hit on this and deliver it to any where in the lower 48 for $3950.00 You install. It needs to be vented to the outside. My Name and number: Joe Lutomske 607-426-0434 joe@enotools.com Need references on me? I have plenty!
  6. Hello- Man, the whiskey business is getting huge! It's very exciting to see how many new faces there are in this crowd. New World Winery Equipment is in Springfield, MO and on the web at enotools.com. I am Joe, the owner. I work alongside several manufacturers as an agent and I got some great news about whiskey barrels made in Missouri from one of our barrel makers just two days ago. Bill and ADI came to mind immediately. Just joining the forum and spreading the news. Bill says it's OK to make this announcement here. $275 for 40 gallon, Missouri made "Outlaw" Barrels from A&K. Check out 'em out here: http://www.enotools.com/whiskey-barrels.html Thanks!!!!
