  1. Will this setup do both front and back labels? Also, how fast( bottles per hour) is it?
  2. Really lame thread. As a former professional boxer vs a middle aged burn victim not much of a fight anyway.
  3. Not the case at all. The courts have ruled that limiting the ability for a trademark company (common or federal) to advertise is illegal. The only execution is if the domain was registered before the company had any claim. I actually think I will use this thread to further my case! http://blog.dnattorney.com/2013/04/no-you-cant-register-competitors-name.html?m=1
  4. We have filed a complaint with ICANN. Unfortunately they are severely backed up as this sort of underhanded practice happens a lot. I look forward to the day a judge asks why he registered those IP addresses.
  5. BTW, this whole thing is a fabric of lies and personal insults. Having Dave Vander Griend built stills is nothing to be ashamed of. I'm sure Jeff you have never heard of him or his work. You've never seen my permits? Okay, I've never seen yours either. Also if you would like to insult the still that me and my father built please take down the photo on your Facebook page of your product sitting on it! Didn't have a problem with it then when you were claiming it was yours! I'm done! Have a great day with your "copper lined" stills that you "filter" your vodka through. Again, I'm done. See ya soon neighbor.
  6. how about owning registering my products IP addresses? I sincerely hope that if anyone new to distilling is reading this can learn from this tragedy. People almost died and a lot of property was damaged from this accident. If anyone would like to discus this further with me please feel free to call me anytime. 405-326-5466 I have studied the fire code on distilling front and back due to this incident and would gladly help in anyway I could Cheers
  7. Jeff, are you saying that I made a still out of an old beer keg and valves and copper tubing? Really? I had three stills made when I was there. Two Arlon continuos stills and one that my own father made. We did purchase a mile high for test batches to which I left there. Not wanting to "sling mud", just setting the record straight. if in fact you were using the mile high still, it in no way was manufactured or shipped in the fashion that you were using it. Milehigh does not ship small stills with copper tubes in rubber bungs leading to a beer keg. This was a horrible accident and as so should be a learning experience of what not to do. Please take responsibility for your own actions and stop trying to pass this off on other people.
  8. Please show me the folly Jeff. I'm next door waiting.
  9. As former owner of Twister Distillery I would like to set a few things straight. One, that the contraption that Jeff was using during the time of the explosion was of his own design and not of anything that had been in use prior to my exiting the company almost 6 month before the accident. The use of a rubber bung leading into a thumper with shut off valves and being placed on a pallet on a forklift with a propane fed fire underneath would have never been an idea of mine. That would have never passed any fire regulation anywhere. Two, by talking to the fire dept and actually having a copy of the incident report as my new distillery was less that a hundred feet away and received sever smoke and water damage, the still wS in the process of REDISTILLING imported NGS. No doubt that this accident was intact an accident but I have suffered greatly at the hands of my former company. I have sat by and watched them register IP addresses for my products as a way to hinder my ability to market and constant slander. After reading that this was MY equipment I could not sit quiet any longer. Cheers
