    I have been creepishly lurking on the forums and decided to introduce myself. I'm Shel, at-home brewer turned rum distiller. My credentials exceed to cane cutting, hauling and crushing, yeast multiplying and pitching, mash tasting and pumping, and finally, still/holding tank spelunking.
