    I have come up with a rum that is 80/20 molasses to sugar cane. I want to start flavoring but am looking for advice on the best way to do it. I would like to create a cherry flavor and am looking at 100% organic cherry juice. Has anyone used cherry juice? tart or sweet? What are a few ways people are using to flavor their products ?I would also like to barrel age for 90-120 days. Thanks!

Figuring you are making bourbon and your ferm comes off at 10% abv If you load your still with a known amount (ex. 100 gal ) out of your ferm tanks what amount of low wines should you yield on the stripping run? What yield on your finishing run, again loading with a known amount (ex. 100gal low wines) Cheers!

    Hello all! Just trying to get a handle on the start-up,in Michigan, for a craft distillery. I have heard, from a distiller in Northern Michigan, that there are very strict advertising and market rules that apply.He said he can not even wear his distillery tshirt at local events like beer tents! Does anyone know where a list of these rules can be found? Anyone want to share their story of the good/bad/ugly business of advertising/marketing ? Cheers! SHinDig
