We are setting up a new Irish whiskey distillery with construction due to commence in 2013. What we need is a Head Distiller that is prepared to throw themselves into something new and help us to produce some world class whiskeys. Distilling experience is required as this will be a reasonably complex distillery to run and you will be in charge of a production team of about 10 people.
