We are Malesh and Zenger Distillery located in Floyds Knobs, Indiana. Floyds Knobs is right across the Ohio River from Louisville, KY. We have been researching, planning and taking care of zoning issues for the past 6 or 8 months. Well, zoning is behind us, our production building will be completed on September 19th and the stills should be installed in about 8 to 10 weeks. I am sure we can find other things to do in the mean time...... . This has been one of the most interesting ventures I have ever done. I am thankful that I have been in an industry that is under the same rigorous control of the government. If I had not been, then I would have thrown in the towel 8 months ago. Its been fun and the people along the way have been fabulous. Thank you to many of you out there for your patience and assistance. Well, hopefully we will be open for business in about 8 months.
