Ok PeteB I have 500ml @ 80 proof I added 60ml of sugar and other ingredients to get the flavor profile It brought the over all amount up to 550 ml How much alcohol at 150 proof do I need to add to bring the product back up to 80 proof

let's say I have a proofed alcohol at 80 proof, then I add sugar and other ingredients for flavoring. That would drop the proof, right? Since the volume has changed because of the sugar and other ingredients. If so how do I now proof this spirit so I can bring it back to 80

NEPA are you using an agitator in your still? are you using full grains or a corn meal? open flame , steam, or electric?

So whats the preferred method with a corn mash then? do most people pump the liquid off the top?

when listing the ingredient of a flavored whiskey do i need to include all ingrediants that are used to make the base whiskey that i am then flavoring?

Hello guys and Gals, i was wondering if anybody had a name and number for someone affordable to help me with my formulation application? im starting to get overwhelmed with all these wonderful TTB forms and would love to have some clarification on some of the questions, and it seems trying to get help from TTB is like pulling teeth . i really just need an example to go by, but cant seem to find one.
