Matt: sounds like a fun and exciting plan. Good luck!! My business partner and I also have connections to Idaho and would love to see craft distilling thrive throughout the state. Are you planning to attend the Annual Spirits Conference and Vendor Expo in Seattle coming up in a few weeks?
