  3. Hi, I wonder how much time does is take to run tests and get the formula(recipe) of a new Distillery. And also the average of materials is use in that process, perhaps equivalent in litters of final Product. Hope someone can help me with this. Luigie

  5. you mean 15% of the batch should be malted barley, but what does it mean, 15% of volumen? for example if I have a batch of 300 gallons, how much malted barley should I use. thanks for all, Carlos
  6. I was wondering about the idea of use malting barley instead of enzymes such Alfa Amylase for breaking down the starch. If someone do this how much you use per batch, or maybe you have and alternative way?

  8. The Master Distiller position is still available. The position will require a vast knowledge about the Potato Vodka production in order to produce a world class spirit. Here is the plan; the distillery is going to start operating in July – August. In the next weeks we are going to start buying all the equipment needed to distill and make ultra premium vodka. Talking about the job, the Master Distiller will be in charge of all the vodka production and the management of the inputs. Obviously, in direct coordination with the CEO and Operation Manager. I would like to share with you the plant requirements we have estimated to the time, in order to receive your professional council.
