I am looking for a machine that I could use to cork 6 bottles at a time. I was thinking of something where you would hand load the bottles and corks, and then push a button to actuate the machine. Is there anything like that on the market? Has anyone had something custom made? If so, what did it cost? Thanks!

Kind of a side note... I've seen barrels that get painted completely on one side, different colors. Would this be used as a way to determine that it's a second fill vs third fill? Does anyone know what the colored ends might mean? What type of paint is used? Thanks in advance...

It really depends on your packaging. I would just replace the leaky caps, if it's only 1 in 600 bottles.

We were posed with the same question. We purchased a spill kit and a containment pool from newpig.com. I don't recall them being very expensive.

Where is the cheapest place to get hydrometers re-calibrated? Calibration Solutions here charges $125 for a 3 point. Thanks!
